Creates a form from a plain field list. You describe the fields; the form plugin owns the markup, mail and spam handling.
delete-contact-form
Removes a form from the site.
get-contact-form
Returns one form in full — its fields, recipient, subject line and the placeholder used to embed it.
list-contact-forms
Lists every form on the site with its id, title and shortcode.
update-contact-form
Partial update of a form. Send a field list to replace the fields, or omit it to change only the recipient and subject.
